14 days to withdraw

You can withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start on the day you receive the last parcel. This right comes from the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as it applies in the country where you live.

How to withdraw

Tell us before the 14 days are up, by email to thomas.stang.ottesen@gmail.com or through the contact page. You can use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it’s enough to tell us clearly that you want to withdraw. Please include your order number. You’re in time as long as you send your message before the deadline.

Send the goods back no later than 14 days after telling us, to Looksmaxing, Cort Adelers gate 2, 0254 Oslo, Norway. You pay the cost of returning the goods. Contact us before you send the parcel and we’ll help with shipping to Norway, including the customs form. Use a tracked service, as you’re responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Your refund

We refund the price of the goods and the delivery charge you paid for standard delivery within 14 days of hearing that you want to withdraw. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown us proof that you’ve sent them, whichever is sooner. The money goes back to the payment method you used.

Condition of the goods

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check them. If you’ve used them more than that, or they are damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

When the right of withdrawal doesn’t apply

The right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to sealed goods that aren’t suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. This includes, for example, skincare, mouth tape, nasal strips, pore strips, dermastamps, jaw trainers and nose hair trimmers.

Faulty or damaged goods

If the goods are wrong, faulty or damaged when they arrive, this isn’t a withdrawal, and we pay the return delivery. Take a photo of the goods and the packaging, and contact us before you send anything back. Your legal rights for faulty goods apply whether or not you withdraw; read more in the terms and conditions.
