Terms and conditions

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you, as a consumer living in the European Union, buy goods from the Looksmaxing online shop. Please read them before you order.

1. The contract

The contract is made up of these terms, the information you’re given when you order, and the order confirmation. If they conflict, anything agreed specifically for your purchase takes priority. You always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, including the rules based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the EU Sale of Goods Directive. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

2. Who we are

Seller: TN OTTESEN (Looksmaxing), organisation number 938654328 (Norway)
Address: Cort Adelers gate 2, 0254 Oslo, Norway
Email: thomas.stang.ottesen@gmail.com
Phone: +47 46 86 01 25

Buyer: the person placing the order. You must be 18 or over to buy from us. The goods are sold for personal use and not for resale.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros, or in your local currency where it is offered, and include VAT for your country and any import charges. There are no extra charges on top. Delivery is added and shown at checkout before you pay; see delivery.

In sales and offers, the “was” price is the lowest price the product has had in the 30 days before the reduction started.

4. Orders and order confirmation

The contract is binding once we have sent you an order confirmation by email. Check that the confirmation matches what you ordered, and let us know as soon as possible if anything is wrong.

If there is an obvious error in a price or description that you ought to have noticed, we are not bound by it. If a product sells out after you’ve ordered, we’ll tell you straight away and refund what you paid for it.

5. Payment

You pay with one of the payment methods shown at checkout. If you pay by card, the amount is reserved when you order and only taken when the goods are dispatched.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the EU and ship from our own stock in Oslo. Your order normally arrives within 4–10 working days. The delivery time is also shown on each product and under delivery. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of your order.

7. Responsibility for the goods

The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you have named.

8. Your right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from the day you receive the goods. Read more under withdrawal and returns, where you’ll also find the withdrawal form.

9. Late delivery

If delivery is delayed, we’ll let you know and give you a new delivery date. If we don’t deliver within the agreed time, or within 30 days, you can give us a further reasonable period to deliver. If we still don’t deliver, or if the delivery date was essential, you can end the contract and get a full refund.

10. Faulty goods (legal guarantee)

The goods must match their description and be fit for normal use. If a fault appears within two years of delivery:

  • you can ask us to repair or replace the goods free of charge;
  • if that isn’t possible, isn’t done within a reasonable time or doesn’t fix the problem, you can get a price reduction or end the contract and get your money back;
  • a fault that appears within one year of delivery (two years in some countries) is assumed to have been there at delivery, unless we can show otherwise.

Some countries give you longer periods or extra rights, and you always keep those. Contact us before you send anything back, and send a photo of the fault if you can. Please keep the product until the matter is settled. For a valid claim, we pay the return delivery.

11. If payment isn’t made

If you don’t pay, we may hold back the goods, ask for payment or cancel the order. If a parcel isn’t collected, the rules under delivery apply.

12. Guarantees

We don’t give any separate guarantee beyond your legal rights. If the manufacturer gives a guarantee, it is in addition to, and does not limit, your legal rights.

13. Using the products

Follow the instructions and safety advice on the product page and the packaging. Some products, such as retinol and the dermastamp, are for adults only. The products don’t replace advice from a doctor, dentist or other healthcare professional.

14. Personal data

We use your personal data to complete your purchase. Read more in our privacy policy.

15. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first, and we’ll try to find a solution together. Because we are a Norwegian company, you can get free help with a complaint from the European Consumer Centre in your country, part of the ECC-Net network that covers the EU, Iceland and Norway. Read more at the European Commission’s ECC-Net page. You can also take your claim to the courts of the country where you live.

16. Applicable law

Norwegian law applies to these terms. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
