Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in all EU countries with tracked post from Norway. Customers in Denmark and the Netherlands shop at looksmaxing.dk and looksmaxing.nl.

Delivery options and cost

Standard delivery (Posten, tracked): €12.95. To Cyprus and Malta we send with Bring, tracked, for €19.95. Standard delivery is free on orders of €75 or more. Normally 4–9 working days.

Bring parcel (tracked, faster): from €17.95 to €25.95 depending on the country. Delivered to your door or a pickup point near you.

If you pay in another currency, the amounts are converted at checkout. The delivery options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

We ship from our own stock in Oslo, usually within 1–2 working days. Around public holidays and at busy times it can take a little longer.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email when your parcel is on its way. Keep an eye on the tracking so you don’t miss a notice if the parcel needs collecting.

VAT, duty and import charges

The price you pay at checkout is the full price, including VAT for your country, the EU customs duty on small parcels and any import charges. We pay these in advance, so there is nothing to pay when the parcel arrives.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the delivery time, or the tracking hasn’t moved, write to us through the contact page. If the parcel doesn’t turn up, we’ll send a new one or refund what you paid.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel is damaged when it arrives, take a photo of the parcel and the goods and let us know as soon as possible. We’ll send a replacement or give you your money back.

Parcels that aren’t collected

Please check your address before you order. If a parcel isn’t collected and is returned to us, we refund the price of the goods, but we may deduct the actual cost of delivery and return. If you told us within the withdrawal period that you wanted to withdraw, you only pay the return cost.
