Half insoles in EVA foam that raise the heel by 3 cm. They are short and sit only under the heel, so they fit in ordinary shoes and can’t be seen.
How to use it
- Place the half insole in your shoe with the thick end at the back under your heel, ideally under the shoe’s own insole.
- Start with a few hours a day so your feet can get used to them.
